Huize mark negligence.

I purchased a duplex through Huize mark JHB in November 2020. The agent failed to inform me that the seller is in a two year long legal dispute with the complex, which has lead to hundreds of thousands of Rands in legal dept, left to be raised through a special levy in the complex to cover the legal fees, she also sent me false code of conduct rules. I find this extremely negligent, dishonest and outright scandalous. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
