FED UP WITH KOBUS DU PLESSIS FROM HUIZEMARK CENTURION,PTA AREA

My husband and I purchased a new development- Paperbark in Annlyn September and we were approved straight away, it hasn't been build yet and nothing has been done. We don't get any feedback from the Agent Huizemark-Centurion/Pretoria -Kobus du Plessis and he avoids all phonecalls and messages. When you search the Developer, Land For Africa nothing comes up. We have now contacted the developer's Attorney Delport Van der Berg and they said they have had meetings with the agent and developer and they will put in writing what was discussed. We are still waiting. We were told that we wont have to pay a deposit by Kobus the Agent, and guess what, the banks insisted on it, then we told Kobus that we have to move in by the end of July 2019 as our place are up for rent and he said it will be long ready. In September he promised that in November 2018 the roads will be tarred and that the sewerage and water pipes will be laid, nothing has been done as he and other agents said that they are waiting for the Municipality. Why advertise, sell and have a house on show if you don't even have a go ahead from the local municipality? We are fed up with this bad service and ********* way of luring people in and boom no feedback, no phone calls, no action or attempt in building our house. This is our first investment and it's alot of money. So be warned as Kobus from Huizemark, Centurion, Pretoria area might be ******** people along with his so called developer LFA. We are thinking of cancellling this deal and they will be paying the lawyers fees involved..
