DE*****ED 367 950.00 BY CARL NICHOLAAS RORICH ONE OF HUIZEMARK AGENT

July 2020 I purchased a site in Standerton Mpumalanga from Huizemark agent named Carl Nicholaas Rorich and deposited R 367 950.00 he then went awol on me and wouldn't take my calls anymore this went on for months up until I used an unknown number he came up with lame excuses saying the owner lost the title deeds they are still waiting for replacement I phoned the conveyance attorneys (Langeveldt & Nel) they supported his statement and said this process might take more than 12 months i then said I can't wait that long I want a refund,their response was they have forwarded my request to the seller and then it was quiet again for months. January 2021 I contacted the attorneys and the agent about my cancelation request and they said seller hasn't respond I then said I'm taking the legal route as no1 seems to know or want to refund my money. My legal Rep sent them (Attorneys & Agent) an email stating they should pay within the next 7 working day and Carl Nocholaas Rorich rep**** on the email that he would refund on the 5th of Feb 2021 and he failed to do so. I have opened a case of ***** against carl and huizemark. And while doing the research we find that the stand does not belong to the person named on the offer of purchase,tTHE OWNER OF THE STAND IS NOT SELLING the stand which means Carl sold us a non existing stand I will knock on each and every door to expose carl,the attorneys and huizemark until my plea is heard and ive got my refund I will not stop
