Worst rental place ever

Hi I have been renting a house in Bloemfontein from 1 March 2021 till curent. The house has allot of broken things like one gatage door motor not working a shower door broke before we moved in etc etc. Nothing is being done all they tell me is that the owner does not have funds but i pay my full tent each month of 22k . I am never late with rent , never have an excuse not to pay nothing. We currently dont even have a rental agent that can deal with matters. Please what can i do?? Other wise this will leave me no choise as to envolve the media and carte blanch
