Huizemark Centurion ****s
I am currently trying to sell my house and Huizemark employee known as "Kotie" has assisted me. This woman is a **** of note. I was in a difficult situation and had to sell. I explained that I had paid a deposit of R250 000 on the house and right now all I want is R50 000 after everything is settled. She then got a buyer and when I went in to sign the Attorney informed me that I would need to pay in money for them to sell my house while their commission would be R161 000. I confronted Kotie and she has in a way admitted that there was an agreement. After getting no joy. I contacted Huizemark head office who assured me that the Principal Kobus would call me back which he did not. After sending him a message placing on record that he did not call me or return my call he acknowledged and returned my call I was however busy and asked if he could call back. A week passed and no call from him. I then called him and he was of no help despite me proving to him that his staff member was lying. He was arrogant and showed no sympathy to my plight. I was expecting him to ask for a sitdown to resolve the issue but he instead told me they have a signed mandate and there was nothing I could do. It seems as if he was fully aware of what was going on from the outset it shows the caliber of person that Kobus is to sit back and take advantage of someone that is facing difficulty.
