Huizemark Blouberg - Careless, bad, with the usual estate tricks.

My girlfriend has recently purchased a property from Huizemark Blouberg (Jakes is the agent). I will keep the story short and sweet:

We had been provided with a number of different move in dates, and due to this, we had to keep changing out transport company dates, until eventually they could not assist us, and we had already paid them the deposit of R4900. The estate agent should have been more thorough with the seller, as we had done our part. Where is our refund for the R4900 coming from? Why should we stand for estate agents nonsense of showing us their back once they receive their commission? They should be the party facilitating the rebate of this amount, as they stand as the bridge between buyer and seller, and attorneys.
