Poor service from Huisvriend

i ordered products from Huisvriend and it took them almost 3 months to actually deliver the goods, eventually i forgot about my order then they show up to deliver my ordered goods a week before payday. i explained to Altus Niewoudt that i would not be able to make a payment that specific month due to the short notice. Now they double debited my account and are not answering my calls. i have made numerous attempts to contact the office but they say Altus Niewoud is dealing with my account but he is not answering my calls, i even asked him to stop on Saturday but he did not stop.
