Poor service

In march I got a visit from 2 reps. We agreed that i would be charged R380 per month. I then was charged over R600 for March and then I was charged R380 and another amount just over R620 for April. Contacted Huisvriend via email and no reply. This is unacceptable, we are already faced with a pandemic that means more expenses and little money left and they still deduct all this money.
