NOT SO HUISVRIENDLY

I recently app**** for a loan but was declined due to an outstanding balance of R7.00 (which I was never informed about). HUISVRIEND was notified in February of 2025 to remove this, but I can see it has not been removed. This is very unpleasant as my credit score dropped it making it impossible to get credit in the future. I am now labeled as a slow payer, but my account was paid in full. If they do this on purpose, then I must say this is a very smart way of doing business as this prevents people from getting credit elsewhere, which forces them to go back to Huisvriend for credit.
