Listed twice for 1 item

My family and myself are very good customers of huisvriend but this time around I'm very disappoint last year I purchased a microwave and payments was made there after I lost my job n I sent them documents stating I'm not working anymore ...we then came to a agreement that I will make cash payments which I did when I received my uif payments was also made the collect came around to me telling me that I am still owning an amount of R1599 I the told him I have payment which he don't have I asked he many of times bring me a statement n was never brought ...until I contacted them then I spoke to Theresa and she told me she will cum to me yes she was at my house ONCE and I wasn't at home cuz then she tell me that she cum evrerytime and I'm not home which isn't true I'm everyday at home ....the highlight of the story !!! I app**** for a job I ddnt get the job cuz they listed me twice for 1 item and different dates but the same amounts HOW ON EARTH DO U DO THAT !!!!! I then contacted Theresa n she tell me that is the dates that I didn't say ...my word really huisvriend if u don't pay a account how do u list somebody twice I sent Theresa proof of all this and nothing is being done with regards to this I'm getting angry now this isn't on !!!!!
