Subcription complaint

*** Today is the fourth (4th) week that I have NOT received my Huisgenoot!!! The payment has been taken from my bank account, but there is NOTHING in my mailbox. I have now made MANY calls, sent WhatsApp messages and emails, and still NOTHING! What is my next step or should I be happy with their response: sorry for the inconvenience? #netwerk24 #media24
