No explination for death in old age home??

On Sunday afternoon 30 Aug I received a call from sister Tilla Holtzhousen at Edelkroon telling me that my mother of 91 had an injury to her head that turned blue. She was taken to the Kroon hospital for a brain scan that showed massive bleeding on the brain due to a blow to her head. How did that happened?? I was informed that my mother was found st***** in her bed at 7 am and it was not possible to fell out of the bed. No entries was reported in the register. My mother was transferred to Bloemfontein where she died from this injury. I think the old age home Edelkroon owe us an explanation of what really happened and caused the death of our beloved mother. She was in their care and no-one explained what happened and that is the least they can do for the family!
