Waste of time

We went to this place on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at noon. We were quite disappointed to find that the place was nothing like what was described on the website. When we enquired about the chocolate experience that was promoted on their website (Chocolates are prepared in front of visitors to the chocolaterie), the staff was quite hostile, if not downright rude. A regular event is The Chocolate Experience, a half-hour session featuring sampling, demonstrations, and chocolate history. We were told by a staff member that they don't do that and that we are not permitted to watch the procedure. There is undoubtedly some discrepancy between the website's claims and reality. Proper training for their staff, particularly in hospitality and customer service, might undoubtedly be advantageous. Future travelers should avoid wasting their time and effort on this place because it isn't worthwhile.
