Client Assessment – Hugo’s Panel Shop – Pietermaritzburg. Client; Cargo All (P Snyman) Vehicle: Toyota GT 86 – NP202 416 Background. The above-mentioned vehicle was involved in an accident, where it skidded of the road and ended up in an open stormwater gully. Road conditions where wet. Damage. Front bumper, Left Front Door, Left side bottom sill, Left Rear Fender, lower control arms, Front Fenders, windscreen washer bottle, Left Side Mirror Insurance. The vehicle is insured with Hollard through NWIB Brokers in Rustenburg. Hugo’s collected the vehicle and was awarded the repair job. Client Experience. I researched Hugo’s Panel Shop and got very negative client feedback on Hello Peter. I then decided to move the vehicle to another approved repairer. Melvin ***ner of Hugo’s) called and explained his situation to me and I decided to give him a fair chance as I haven’t had any previous dealings with him and Hugo’s. Hugo’s personnel sent me photos and videos throughout the entire process of repair. My overall experience with Hugo’s where good. I however raised the following points with them. Communication between Hugo’s and me could have been better Feedback on issues such as parts on backorder where not always relayed to me. Personnel lacked urgency in getting issues sorted. Overall the vehicle has been repaired, painted and finished to my satisfaction and abovementioned issues have been discussed with Melvin.
