Firstly never gave a detailed quote, had to ask several times for a contract and NHBRC sertificates. However the NHBRC sertificate that we eventually got is in another company's name. Builder is very seldom on site for supervision. Leveling of floors was done several times. Indoor braai had to be rebuild several times. Three different tilers was used. Walk in shower's levels is incorrect all the water gets damped up at the tiolet. Plastering work crumbles off. Underground plumbing pipes were blocked. Still can't use front of house. Different size battins were used on the roof, which leaves an uneven laying of the roof tiles. Final invoice was only mailed to us on the 14th of December 2015. We went through all payments and reliased everything was paid up to date.The following day Hugo refused us entry to our own property. After legal assistance we changed the locks. HUGO and his brother Evan together with Hugo's father and company came and kicked down doors. Forcefully chased our painters and security gaurd off the premises. All this happened after the courts was closed and we could not get a court order to access to our house.<br> We are still waiting for all sertificates
