reject goods

I returned a pair of formal boss shoes,which i had bought a while back.<br> The reason for my return was the first time i decided to wear the shoes the soles literally fell apart.<br> <br> The shoes were forwarded to head office for analysis. I was told by victoria macklin it was wear and tear.<br> On my return to gateway store to fetch the shoe the staff in the store were shocked by head offices response,as they could see themselves that the shoe was new and this was definitely not wear and tear.<br> <br> Makes me wonder if these are genuine boss products.<br> CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD OFFICE WAS SHOCKING
