Hugo Hugo's Toss

I went to Boss Hugo Boss store in the waterfront to buy a suit . They did not have my size / slim fit but referred me another suit store and also to Tiger of Sweden store. Both stores did not have what I was looking for. When I walked back I saw another Hugo Boss store 40 meters from the Hugo Boss Store..right there ?? So confusing . This felt so strange to begin with..<br> This store (red Hugo Boss) did have slim fit and the sales person and the store manager sold me a suit which I questioned twice whether or not the blazer is not too small and they both advised it fits perfectly. <br> The pants were too big / wrong pairing and I accepted this.. since I got a discount.<br> I went to a tailor and the tailor said they can fix the pants but the blazer is too small.<br> I asked another store that carries Hugo Boss and they said the same. The blazer is too small and too short.. so I decided to return the suit .. The store manager maintains it is the right size, yet their own sales person said it is I should wear a bigger size . I wanted to get my money back. They refused gave me a credit voucher, which I have to spend at that store... I called their head office in cape Town ..no reply in 2 days.
