Hugo Boss say priority delivery

Hi HUGO BOSS Here are the 4 times UPS has not delivered to my home It’s either been a post office Was either 15 minutes or 40 minutes away from my home? Or have not received at all All All the number ***rd Of the eighth 2024 Order number 7*** 08 06 24 Order number ***/02/2024 Order Number ***1 23/12/2023 The first order I haven’t received the next three orders weren’t even delivered to my home. They were delivered to a newsagents or a post office complete joke when I’m supposed to be getting priority service. Can you make sure this is raised with a manager from Scott Bryant?
