HB flagship stores run as Oriental plaza shop !

I am Belgian living in Johannesburg. I have purchased HB suits in Europe in the past and have always been impressed by both service and quality - till I visited the HB flagship store in Sandton City. I have always worn a 50 size pants and 52 size jacket and this has never posed a problem at any HB store in Europe. I choose a 19K Rand suit only to be informed that they cannot swap the pants to a smaller size ????? At first I thought the manager was joking only to be told they cannot help me. But it gets better they then referred me through to the Levisons store ( I found out later that HB and other brands are imported and stocked by the Surtee group) in Sandton City ?? So HB is run like the Oriental Plaza in Fordsburg ??? May I please urge Surtee management team to run brands such as HB and other premium brands to run, sell and manage these brands accordingly... took my business to the Ermenegildo Zegna Boutique store !! Never again......
