No interest in Client Care

I was owing a financial institution but was unable to pay at the time. The company handed me over to Hugo Attorneys for payment. I was in touch with Hugo who said he would give me a written statement as to the company amount and the attorney amount I would have to pay but its been over 6 months that he still hasn't done this. I have already paid R3500 towards the account but have stopped as I haven't received the statement even after repeated phone calls and emails to him where he stated he would email me the information but still to no avail. He verbally told me I owed the company abou R5000 but did not tell me the attorney fees. After my payment of R3500 I was told I was still owing R7500 which does not add up. I am very concerned. Please Help I just want to sort this account out.
