HNA Attorneys.....example of how not to conduct debt collection in SA.... Your staff are pathetic and unprofessional and thing they can bully people! What a joke

I received an SMS from these so called attorneys(HNA Attorneys) telling me that my Telkom account is in arrears, I send them an email trying to figure out what's going on as this information is incorrect , with no response from them, I have never received a call from these people so I decided to call them. A very rude collector takes the call who is clearly uns****ed to handle the query/barrier attempts to transfer the call to her so called manager (without placing the call on hold... Thus I can hear everything she is telling her manager, she begins to set the tone of what my conversation would be with this apparent manager by telling her that I'm extremely rude etc) this sorry excuse of a professional whos name is Veronica attempts to shout and intimadate me by not wanting to give me information, she screams and tells me that she will not send me an apology or any correspondence that it's the wrong person, she cuts the call on me whilst I'm speaking, I call back and she answers the call, I tell her that I don't want to speak to her but her superior she uses her director as if to pull rank and hopes that it will scare me. She then tell me that 'the problem with me is that I don't listen' and then cuts the call on me again without me speaking to this director. I have no idea who this women thinks she is but seriously is this Telkoms choice of debt collections company, I am utterely shocked and disgusted at this behavior and attitude she was emotional and sensitive, remember the first rule of Call Centre training..... Don't assume on the part of your customer.... I have 14 years of legal collection experience and I'm in the training side of the business I work for, thus I am pretty clued up.... I will use this call as to what not to sound like over the phone.... You will loose business for yourself and your client or worst get them fined and sued! I strongly feel that they are a ********** company....beware......Thanks
