BEWARE of a Staff Member

<p>After cancelling all my Insurance with Zurich, a certain staff member decide THREE MONTHs later, having my personal details in hand to debt my account without my permission or knowledge !!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Zurich has advised that this was cancelled by me personally !!!!</p>
