Service delivery on certification

I have completed my qualification of social auxi****y worker 2015 and am still awaiting for my certificate,I've been enquiring about my certificate and they give me a run around I don't owe them I paid their tuition fee in full I'm very disappointed I can't even look for a job because I don't have a certie please help me.
