Huge Mob ****

Huge Mob (or Huge Mobile as the customer service rep at MTN described it) is a complete ****. I tried loading airtime about 4 times today totaling R180 and all but R21.50 was deducted from my account. I contacted MTM and the rep advised me that that it was my subscription to Huge Mob that deducted my airtime. I have not subscribed to anything and the rep could not clarify what Huge Mob is or what the subscription gets me. It’s s complete **** and I could not get my monies back.
