Airtime Deduction

Hi after having a similar incident with a friend I decided to contact Vodacom being my service provider regarding my airtime. I don't buy airtime that often and when I did I know I never used that much on calls. So today I called and asked if I was subscribed to anything and to my surprise I was registered to this site from 2013 and only knew about this now. Thankfully it has been unsubscribed and I was advised to only load airtime within a week.
