pumpkin spice = vomit flavour + sour taste from staff

The pumpkin spice flavour literally tastes of vomit, I took photos and emailed them, I told their social media team. I do not answers numbers I do not know but received a chirpy response via email - not sure why I need to speak to you to confirm I said it tastes like vomit and i shipped the box to cape town for my mom to try - for another opinion. Not sure what the point is but thanks for nothing. Love the marshmallow flavour and one or two others. Cinnabon was a bit of a let down too but now we know. Never had vomit flavour before so glad I know what that tastes like. I will just leave this little review here since it is VERy difficult for all people i have been communicating with to send me a replacement voucher - not sure what I was getting R40? R50? R100? The point is the way it is dealt with is not right either. So thanks.
