Very Poor Service

Got to the Venue, our reservation was not placed. <br> their was no table available for us. Head waiter then seated us next to the Jungle Gym with many noisy kids running all around our table. (we did not have kids of our own.)<br> waited and waited for our food, finally arrived. with no cutlery nor condiments on the table. i got up from my seat, went and asked the head waiter to please bring cutlery to our table... he responded, sure he'l do so. waited 8-10 minutes and still nothing. got up from my seat again and asked who the manager was, because we where still waiting on cutlery to start eat our cold food at the time. <br> amongst us where 4 other tables also complaining about the poor poor service, they actually resorted to get up and leave the restaurant. <br> <br> Totally Disappointed and disgusted by their service. <br> I have sent them an email informing them about their bad service, still awaiting a reply. <br> <br> Reagan October<br> ***
