smoking laws allowed to be VIOLATED

they allow smoking on their patio, without any consideration for their non smoking patrons or the law. The law says smoking is only allowed in enclosed sealed off room and if they break the law they are liable for a fine of R50 000. Manager suggested we move to a far corner of the restaurant, which I refused. Why must I be inconvenienced while the smokers can pollute the air and expose my young son to 2nd hand smoke
