Fathers Day gone burger up!

I took my father and wife for a meal at Hudsons in parkhurst for fathers day. we had been there before and it was great. We arrived ordered our drinks and our food. Our hamburgers were dry and bland. Our waitress didnt even come to check on us to see if we had any problems with the food which we did. I told the manager about this and he did apologise for it as they where short staffed. i received the bill and found a item that i was charged for and we never received. I used to love going to Hudsons as the vibe is always great and the food is great. But after todays experience i will not be going back again.
