Bad Attitude and service

Yesterdag I visit Vredenheim hudsons in Stellenbosch, it was the first time. I ordered food and had to wait over an hour for it and when I got down I spoke to the waiters who looked me in the eyes and just ignored me, the other one just said she can't help she is busy. eventually I got through to someone and asked for a take away box because I was already late, they went back into the kitchen and got a box that looked like in was already used and damage, it had hair inside and once again I had to ask someone to get me new one also with a attitude reply back. would not recommend this for a day out.
