very poor service from supplier to installer

we had a solar system installed using Hubble Lithium iron batteries, we now want to upgrade our system by adding another battery. our installer tells us that Hubble, cannot find him on there system and cannot process the purchase order until he re registers with them. meanwhile we are sitting with a half completed installation while they decide to supply him or not. We will never recommend Hubble batteries again too our friend, rather use Pylontech that give customer service we are now concerned weather our warrantee is also lost or not valid.
