Pathetic helpdesk

I bought a Hubble Lithium AM5 from Voltex Midrand. The battery is not working with my inverter. Phoned Hubble numerous times and tried different installers and after being told to order a Cloudlink device which was only available online and took 5 days to get delivered and which is irrelevant to the problem. Took battery back and told that the battery was fully discharged and I need to get an installer who can ups charge the battery. This whole episode has been 2 weeks now.
