Hubble Lithium Batteries

I experienced problems with a battery BMS connecting to an inverter. I called their help line and was put through to Deion. I explained my problem and he asked my mail address, sent me through some tech data to try and see if it would help. Still having the same problem I called him again. He then called me back when I was at the unit and we tried again, with still the same result. In the end it was a cable problem that was sorted out. Their batteries are really good. I would like to compliment Deion for his extreme patience and the length of time he took to try and help me. Thank you.
