Hubble Lithium. AM5 Battery BMS not fully compatible with Inverters

As we try and escape or mitigate against loadshedding, having a battery is essential. I unfortunately, also looked at the Hubble batteries. Decided I would buy one, believing the marketing and the emails with hubble I had before purchasing.

The after sales support is absolutely ****. The battery BMS is a PACE BMS, found on many other commercial batteries. But how much control hubble has over the BMS and the integration with inverters is questionable.

I have had many back and forth email dialogues with hubble, trying to sort out the issues (I shall not go into any details). Some of the help or suggestions are beyond me.

Be careful, the product is not suitable with some inverters, even if it i listed as compatible on their website.

I wish I had known about SolarMD before I bought this dumb battery (AM5). The SolarMD product is in a class of 1. Their BMS is fully developed in South Africa and their technical support is absolutely amazing.
