Hubble cloud link dont work for 6 weeks now

I bought a Hubble cloud link for my Hubble batteries on my solar system and it worked fine and then hubble moved the server and i have maybe 20 use of the cloud link . After several support tickets and 6 weeks later my cloud link still dont work properly and all they say is be patient now im done being patient i paid for a service i want it 24/7/365 that is what i pad for . Dont buy hubble cloud link they have no after sale support
