Extremely Unprofessional

In all my years of business, I have never experienced such poor service from a company. I placed an order with Imraan 3 weeks ago, he assured me that they had stock. I paid them in full the same day. From what I can tell is that the quote was never converted to a Sales order and they sold out of stock. They promised to fulfill the order by picking stock that has not been paid for. I had numerous calls with David the Sales Manager who initially took my calls and promised me that I would get my order at the end of the week. Now my messages and calls to him are ignored. Generally, all calls and emails are ignored by this company and trying to communicate with them is extremely frustrating. I would not advise doing business with this company, they are very unprofessional.
