You are who you associate with - TERRIBLE!!!

<p>I purchased the Huawei P9 for the Woolworths R2000 voucher from Vodacom 4U Cresta. I am unsure what training and relationship and what promises were made to or with Vodcom, but 4 MONTHS LATER I DO NOT HAVE MY VOUCHER!!! There was no clear feedback from them throughout the 4 Months and today I phone to follow up and get told Huawei will not be giving any R2000 vouchers as the stock was limited! This I know! The reason for purchasing this phone from Cresta was the fact that it was promised that I would receive the Voucher, I live in Pretoria, therefore no logical reason to purchase this item there but that a promise was given. I think this is terrible service from Vodacom and Huawei as nobody has come back to me and followed up and therefore I think THIS IS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM THE HUAWEI! Vodacom are known for their terrible service, BUT TO NOW HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM AN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITOR IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! YOU ARE WHO YOU ASSOCIATE WITH! AND OBVIOUSLY HUAWEI IS AS TERRIBLE AS VODACOM!</p> <p> </p>
