Worst service from Huawei Somerset mall

In January 2020 i bought a huawei phone from vodacom and received wireless earphones as a gift with the phone. After a month the wireless earphones gave me problems. I took the earphones back to vodacom and was informed that I should take it to Hauwei store. Took the earphones and was informed that they hauwei will send it away and inform me when to collect. His was about February went back there and spoke to someone else and repeated my story they said that someone will co tact me. This is the second time waiting on someone to call me back. Lockdown came and as the stores opened I went in 3 times again each time speaking to someone else!! Was there on Sunday 26 July and again no one can inform me as to what or how far they are with my earphones. This is ridiculous I want new wireless earphones or my money back The person there said there is notes on the system but no one is calling me back this is now 7 months and this is he worst service and want new wireless earphones or money back.
