WORST SERVICE EVER HUAWEI SM

Still Struggling with Huawei to fix my screen it's been more than 2 months that my phone is at Huawei store Somerset West. Im telling you people communication is a problem at this company .. From Sales to Claims... If management can't to anything to solve your problem who else can I need legal advise anyone what am I to do
