Worst service ever from a huge company! Never recommended huawei!

Will never buy another phone with you guys my company took out all new contracts with telkom and the salesman (that works for huawei convinced us that huawei is better than Samsung as we always used Samsung) we took all our new units as we was up for an upgrade including mine and my partners upgrade phone was worth 20k plus at the time so we took it and and now I'm having an issue that my phone won't fast charge and they said they need to remove my screen to replace the charging pin as the screen has a small crack for the last 8months and worked fine another friend who works for a cell phone repair center said to me that the screen has no issues with it the charging pin is removed with the back cover Here's proof https://youtu.be/L0jEVPlOnWw My phone is still under warranty and you guys want me to pay almost 5000 to repair it it just seems like you guys don't care about customers your after sales service is disappointing.
