Worst service ever

My phone fell in October and I was told my phone is still in warranty for a screen replacement, but due to the fact that my phone fell, and that it was my "fault" they do not cover it. On the weekend my fiance saw om HiCare that they charge R699 for a replacement and that the P30 is on the list. This morning I called the repair shop and they told me the P30 is not on the list, only the P30 lite and that it will be R2987 to fix the scresn of the P30.

I contacted Huawei and they also told me it is only the P30 lite and not the P30. The information they gave on the website was misleading. Now, if you look on the website it is R1999 for the P30 screen replacement. I'm still in contact with Huawei and they want a reference number of the day I spoke to the agent in October. I do not have a reference as they do not give a reference if you talk online.

I am seriously disappointed in Huawei and will never reccomend any of my friends or family to use one of their devices. This is really not the service I expected from them as they are one of the cellphone manufacturers that sells the most phones. Now they give misleading information on the website.

Today I spoke to an agent at Huawei Customer Service, amd he told me that my phone was still under warranty for a free screen repair until the 6th of November and that they could have fixed my screen as it was still under warrenty on the 17th of October when my phone fell. I feel that the person who told me that I can't get my screen repaird should have made sure that I could have gotten my screen repaired. I feel that Huawei should give me my free screen replacement, when it suits me, as it was their fault of communication that I couldn't get my screen replacement whilst my phone was under warrenty.
