Worst service ever

Horrible service, I have the new gt 2 pro watch and used it for sports and and day to day activities, the watch is under a 2 year guarantee and I've had it for 1 year, the watch broke about 2 month ago I booked it in with the canal walk branch it took then 3 weeks to repair the watch, on the same day I got it back it broke again , I took it back to them and they told me o yes we forgot to tell you, it's no longer water proof after repairs, first of all that's unacceptable I am a personal trainer and professional sports person, i would never be able to use a watch that inst water proof because I'm in the water every day, 2and of all, I paid 8 thousand grand for this watch and I expect the watch to be returned in the same condition I brought it in If hauwie doesn't sort this out and give me a watch that I can actually use, I'll never use this brand again and make sure I tell every person I know and go to any length on social media to make it clean how pathetic this company's policy is
