Worst service ever

Gave my phone in for repairs and was told 5 to 1o working days for the repair to be completed. I agreed and was told to pay upfront before they order the parts. Paid and was never contacted /updated. Today - day 10 went to the store just to be told they have not even received the part from Head office and have not yet started my repair. Worst service ever
