Worst service ever!

I purchased the Hauweii Mate 20 Pro on the 1st of April 2019 at MTN Tygervally, when the promotion was still on for the GT watch. On the 18th of April 2019 received an SMS stating my claim was successful and I will receive my watch within 2 weeks. I have been in contact with customer services and they keep telling me they will get back to me.. To date no response. Its been 2 months and 2 weeks and I still haven't received my watch or any feedback!
