WORST service delivery EVER experienced!!!

I'm at a loss for words... 44 days later and my phone is still not repaired. I have spoken to a total of 4 support agents over the phone, who escalated to at least 2 managers. I have sent my phone to the service centre a total of 3 times. Huawei has not contacted me ONCE during the entire process (I always had to ask for updates). I did everything that was expected from my side, Huawei on the other hand failed miserably. I was not never offered any form of compensation for the massive delay in utterly poor service.

Absolutely pathetic.
