WORST EXPERIENCE WITH HUAWEI

Had the worst experience at the Huawei store in Canal Walk. This is the second time I have brought my phone in for repairs without even knowing what was wrong the first time. I brought my phone in on the 1st of December. After not hearing a thing about the progress of my phone, I come into the store on the 23rd of December to follow up. I was told that my phone is on the technicians desk and will receive a sms the same evening that my phone is ready. I again heard nothing. I came back again on the 3rd of January. After handing in my paperwork, about 45 minutes later I was told the job was marked as abandoned on the system (dated the 20th of December already) and now my cellphone CANNOT BE FOUND. Was promised a call back on Monday the 6th with either my found cellphone or a brand new cellphone. AGAIN I have heard nothing and came back o the store Tuesday the 6th and no one knows what is happening with my phone. This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous. Doubt I will ever go with Huawei again and will not recommend this brand.

After posting this, I receive a comment to email someone, still NO response.. how is this customer service???
