Worst customer service in the world!

Not only was the staff at Huawei canal walk not helpful but they don't even know their own products. I spoke to this lady and she told me that I need to inquire about the status a product by telkom mobile because I purchased the phone from them. I then opened my app and proceeded to show her that it has nothing to do with telkom. I drove all the way for nothing. Huawei chat and store service are the worst in the world!
