Worst Customer Service

I dropped my phone off for repairs at Huawei Melrose Arch on Friday, 20 December 2019. I was told that my phone would be ready in 3 working days and that someone would call me to collect. I'm still without a phone to date and and no one has called me to explain. I called the call centre and was told my phone has not been repaired they still do not know when my phone will be ready for collection. Appalling customer service to say the least.
