Worst customer service

Good day, I would like to lay a complain against Huaweii insurance on my device i reported ****** on the 26th March 2021 when I had a car accident. I called and submitted a claim for my Huaweii P40 lite and a few days later on was informed that the insurance I took only covers my device in case of cracked screen of i denied as I did as if ill also be covered in case it also gets ******.

I requested that recording and up till today I still have not received any call or even an email explaining to me what's taking so long to get that recording because they know I am right and they are not but wont pay up.
