Worst customer experience ever

Took my phone to Huawei Melrose Arch on the 16th of November 2019 and made payment on the 21st of November 2019.Its now the 3rd of Jan 2020 and I still have not received my phone back after several phone calls, emails and 4 visits to the branch. I deeply regret buying a Huawei phone.
